Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions designed for the 2026 technological landscape, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, providing mentorship and technical direction.
- Optimize existing AI models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, ensuring scalability across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge AI to integrate emerging technologies into our stack.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
