Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies and architectural shifts required to stay ahead of the curve.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize performance and minimize latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with academic researchers and product teams to translate complex algorithms into deployable software solutions.
- Performance Engineering: Implement rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks to ensure model reliability and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray) is required.
- Generative AI: Proven track record of working with LLMs, GANs, or diffusion models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize algorithmic efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
