Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the technical roadmap for AGI readiness, focusing on autonomous agent orchestration and multi-modal reasoning systems.
- System Architecture: Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant inference pipelines capable of handling enterprise-scale throughput.
- Model Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives in fine-tuning proprietary models and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve token efficiency for real-time generative applications.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a specialized focus on Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying and managing MLOps pipelines for production-grade LLMs.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
