Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models capable of complex reasoning and emergent behaviors.
- Lead R&D efforts in Quantum-Enhanced Neural Networks and generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into our core products.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency processing on next-generation hardware.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and AI safety.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with distributed computing systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects from conception to deployment.
