Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Nexus Dynamics' 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures for large-scale AI model deployment.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and neuromorphic computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to 2026 data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with LLMs and Generative AI is highly preferred.
