Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for the 2026 Global Network.
- Research & Development: Lead the research into advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on predictive modeling and reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of deep learning models for real-time processing and edge computing environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into core infrastructure.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of high-potential engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, and neural architecture search.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems in large-scale data environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
