Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce compute costs using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Mentor a team of top-tier software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define AI strategy and feature sets.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products to market.
