- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating cutting-edge advancements in Neural Interfaces and Generative Models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ethicists to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference speeds for edge devices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
