Responsibilities

- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, focusing on generative models and autonomous agents.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI governance.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating breakthrough research into practical, production-grade solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- 2026 Vision: Deep understanding of future tech trends, including Synthetic Data, Federated Learning, and Edge AI.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance at scale.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
