Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead Research & Development: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers in exploring emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve model accuracy in real-time processing environments.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for AI integration across all company products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Establish Best Practices: Create and enforce coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment pipelines for AI models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and design.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Advanced Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
