Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, focusing on scalability and quantum integration.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, providing technical mentorship and strategic direction.
- Define the technical roadmap for next-generation neural networks and natural language processing models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and robust data governance frameworks are implemented.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
