Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision for the '2026 Horizon' product suite, focusing on Generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the design of autonomous agent systems and multi-modal AI interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Quantum Computing integration).
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI practices across all development lifecycle phases.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI architectures (LLMs, Diffusion models) and prompt engineering best practices.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
