We are looking for a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our roadmap for 2026 and beyond. At Nexus Future Systems, we are building the infrastructure for tomorrow's intelligence. You will define the architectural strategy for our next-generation Large Language Models and Autonomous Agents.

Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of a scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure designed for long-term growth.
- Model Governance: Establish strict frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy to ensure responsible deployment.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) into our core product stack.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints and 2026 project milestones.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and resource efficiency to handle billions of inference requests.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role designing AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of building or deploying LLMs, RAG systems, or multimodal models.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on Kubernetes and serverless architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
