Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance distributed systems for AI agents using Rust and Python.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and define best practices for AI engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
