- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical vision with business goals.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and system performance.
- Prototype and validate innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture or Engineering leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or next-gen hardware interfaces is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
