Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, future-proof technology stacks designed for the 2026 landscape, integrating AI, Blockchain, and Quantum-ready protocols.
- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
- Define technical standards, coding conventions, and security protocols across all engineering teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and POCs for emerging technologies to determine viability for enterprise deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product management to translate strategic business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Manage a budget for technology procurement and infrastructure scaling.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning integration.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
