Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of core systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and designers in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, AI integration) to drive product innovation.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards across all development pipelines.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to next-gen architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in high-level programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, large-scale products in a cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with modern web frameworks and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and data-driven decision-making.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
