Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the '2026 Horizon' initiative, identifying emerging technologies and defining the technical roadmap for the next 24 months.
- System Architecture: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate Generative AI with legacy infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Prototyping: Build functional MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for futuristic concepts, including neural interfaces and autonomous logistics.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate abstract future requirements into concrete technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency, throughput, and resource utilization for high-demand environments.
- Compliance: Ensure all innovations adhere to the highest standards of data security and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure architecture (Kubernetes, Serverless).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
