Responsibilities
- Technical Roadmap Leadership: Define and drive the long-term technical strategy for Apex 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Architect complex, distributed systems with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high-quality coding standards and architectural best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise elegant, scalable solutions.
