What You Will Do

  • Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Input and maintain financial data into accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Process payroll entries and maintain employee time sheets.
  • Perform routine audits of financial documents to ensure compliance.
