Responsibilities
- Assist with daily data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare basic financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Organize and file invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries.
- Learn and utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
