Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare basic financial reports and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and data verification.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (graduates welcome).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
