Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices accurately and within deadlines.
- Support the month-end close process by gathering necessary data and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
