Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
- Prepare basic financial reports using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve vendor inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
