Responsibilities
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain the general ledger and support daily accounting functions.
- Prepare basic financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Support external auditors during annual reviews.
- Organize and file financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- No prior professional accounting experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
