Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform general ledger entries and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and basic financial analysis tasks.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Graduates welcome).
- 0-2 years of experience (Internships and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
