Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process and code invoices accurately within our accounting system.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets for management review.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
