Responsibilities
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare basic financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assist external auditors during the annual audit cycle.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for financial documents.
- Support the senior accounting team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role, or recent graduate seeking a first role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
