Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Help prepare tax documentation and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Learn and apply accounting software systems (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Adhere to GAAP compliance and internal controls
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (or pursuing)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
