Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and reconcile bank accounts
- Support audit preparation by maintaining organized financial records
- Perform data entry in ERP systems with attention to accuracy
- Contribute to budget variance analysis and expense tracking
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial reporting needs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data sorting)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new systems
