Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities
- Maintain organized financial records in accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Prepare basic financial statements and expense reports
- Support tax documentation and audit preparation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (or pursuing)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for client meetings)
