Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for sustainability and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling investor presentations
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation impact on revenue and societal impact
- Champion design thinking methodologies across 15+ product teams
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record launching products generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Patent portfolio with 3+ granted innovations
- Experience securing government innovation grants
