- Secure and manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators

- Mentor innovation specialists in agile methodologies and future-proofing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with exponential growth potential
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strategic planning certification or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-tech journals
- Experience with decentralized governance models and ethical AI frameworks
