Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate resilience and space exploration challenges
- Strategize commercialization pathways for emerging technologies with <1-year market viability
- Partner with UN Future Councils on global sustainability frameworks
- Mentor teams in exponential thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, fusion energy)
- Proven track record launching products with exponential impact
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on technology adoption curves or innovation diffusion
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting concepts implemented
