Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching breakthrough products and services
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Manage R&D budget allocation and track ROI for innovation initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies with deep knowledge of at least one: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
