- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI projections and stakeholder alignment
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline success and market disruption impact
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to executive board and investor community
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and future market analysis
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio valuation
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
