Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence

- Secure and manage R&D funding through grant proposals and investor presentations
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and innovation methodologies

- Drive ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible technological development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field with 8+ years innovation leadership experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech) and future forecasting
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
