Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal financial controls
- Assist with budget forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax preparations
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP system experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation preferred
