Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and compliance analysis
- Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and deductions
- Manage client relationships and tax documentation
- Collaborate with senior staff on complex tax cases
- Utilize tax software (ProSystem, Lacerte, CCH) efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 3+ years tax preparation experience
- Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and state tax codes
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Active CPA license or eligibility
