Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee time-off requests
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/yearly tax filings
- Address payroll inquiries with precision and professionalism
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and new onboarding
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and Arizona state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data accuracy
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
