Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and state tax regulations
- Prepare and file payroll tax forms (941s, 940s, W-2s)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union benefits
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations
- Support year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification (or equivalent)
- Expertise in multi-state payroll compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables
- Strong understanding of FLSA and tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proven problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
