Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations (FLSA, FLSA, CO labor laws)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Support HR with time-off requests and employee payroll inquiries
- Prepare year-end reports and W-2 distributions
- Collaborate with finance on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of CO labor laws and FLSA
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems
- CPP or FPC certification a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
