Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across all 50 states
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconcile accounts
- Stay updated on FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll systems
- Deep understanding of federal/state tax laws and garnishment procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and meet tight deadlines
