Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (Form 941, 940, W-2)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and HR leadership
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system audits and improvements
- Stay updated on FLSA, FMLA, and state labor law changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent HRIS proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and state-specific payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR required
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage payroll for 200+ employees
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
