Join our dynamic finance team in Albuquerque as an Immediate Hire Payroll Specialist. We're seeking a meticulous professional to manage payroll operations for 200+ employees across multiple states. Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across multiple states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
- Respond to payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of federal/state labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Proven problem-solving with payroll discrepancies
- Ability to maintain confidential employee data
