Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and wage garnishments
- Prepare and submit year-end tax forms (W-2s, 1099s)
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliation activities
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems
- Knowledge of FLSA, state wage laws, and tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPP certification preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
