Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for all employees
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding and benefit deductions
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ERISA, and local labor laws
- Support year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience required
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of federal/state tax regulations (GA-specific a plus)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to start within 7 days of offer
