Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memoranda and risk assessment reports for senior leadership review
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early identification of potential delinquencies
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure credit solutions aligned with client needs
- Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry best practices in credit analysis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and financial institutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Proficiency in credit scoring models (e.g., Altman Z-Score) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- CFP, CFA, or similar designation preferred
