Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and collateral to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan approval committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential delinquencies early
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Generate performance reports for portfolio management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficient in financial modeling and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and debt service coverage
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical reasoning
