Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for multiple clients
- Implement and maintain robust bookkeeping systems using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide financial analysis and budgetary support to senior management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Proven experience managing multi-entity financial records
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
